The goal of the adjustment is to restore motion to a fixated or otherwise dysfunctional joint. While most people associate adjustments with the spine, they can be use on any joint, including the extremities. Generally, an adjustment is performed with quick pressure applied to a joint and will typically result in a “pop” sound as gas in the joint releases.

Dr. Sam Gaston is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner and Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 Certified Provider, and uses this expertise to resolve pain and movement issues in patients of all populations, from athletes to office workers.

Dr. Gaston is a Texas native and has provided high level chiropractic care to the North Texas area for over 7 years. He is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelors in Kinesiology, and received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker University, along with additional Bachelor’s Degrees in Health and Wellness and Anatomy.

What sets Dr. Gaston apart is his commitment to providing patient centered care, and his willingness to work as a part of a team to accomplish each patient’s health goals.
